Xinghui Dong, Ph.D., is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering at Ocean University of China. He received his Ph.D. (2014) from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom. Dr. Dong's academic journey includes a significant research period from 2015 to 2021 at the Centre for Imaging Sciences, University of Manchester. His research interests encompass computer vision, visual perception, deep learning, and intelligent testing.
Dr. Dong has authored 46 papers published in top-tier journals and international conferences, including IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE TVCG, and prestigious conferences like ICCV and ECCV.
